SA does NOT accept orders by telephone.

ORDERS - US Sales Only

All website orders are processed, charged, pulled, and shipped in blocks. It usually takes 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed until it actually leaves our building. Unfortunately we do NOT have a large admin staff dedicated to customer service 24/7; therefore, it is not entirely uncommon for smaller orders to take 7-10 business days to ship. By agreement and contractual obligation, we are required to service our police and government clients on a priority basis. Thank you for your patience and understanding. All items listed on our website are in-stock unless otherwise noted, 99% of the time.

Items with a ZERO price ($0.00) are out-of-stock - DO NOT place these items in your cart.  They are NOT free!

SA will post all closed-dates at the top of our home page at least 2 weeks in advance.

DISCOUNTS

ALL discounts at SA are quantity based.  If you have special large requirements, please contact us directly by email.

CREDIT CARDS


For your convenience we accept the following major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Credit Cards provide the quickest means for fulfilling your order. When placing your order, please be sure to provide your current billing address, telephone number, and shipping address. Double Check your Credit Card NUMBER, Expiration Date and CVV. To deter fraud, we may decline to fulfill your order in the event the billing address is different from the shipping address.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order at any time before it is charged and you receive written credit card notification from SA Sales, usually a couple days. No problem. If you wish to cancel your order after we begin processing it, there will be a 10% restocking and refund fee. To cancel any order before it has been shipped, you are required to send an e-mail to sales@sar15.com. You must include your Order Number. You will receive a response that your request has been received and the order is canceled within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped, you must use the return process outlined below. You can refuse an order in transit. Upon return to SA, the order will be refunded less the shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.

PLEASE, be respectful and courteous in any communication with our staff at all times.  This small company has been in business over 30 years and we do our best to take care of a very diverse client base on a daily basis.  DO NOT take things personally and do not say anything that you would not say in front of a group of nuns.  IF you are impatient or easily upset, please take your business and problems elsewhere.

RETURNS - 30 DAYS

 

Within 30 days: You may return any unused item in its original/unopened packaging for a full credit toward the purchase of other items. (Shipping charges are NOT refundable.)  Please, do NOT overuse this service.  Returns are very costly to us in time, attention, and effort.

  

You may also return items under the following terms and conditions:

· Unused parts in their original/unopened packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

· Unused parts removed from their original packaging are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

· Items that have been handled, fitted or assembled in any way are not returnable.

· Parts that have been modified per your request may not be returned.

· Firearms may not be returned.

Customer is responsible for payment of all shipping charges.


SHIPPING

 

Currently SA utilizes these shipping carriers:  USPS for small packages, FedEx for larger packages, and ABF Freight for pallet orders - at our discretion. All carriers have strengths and weaknesses.  ALL orders are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED unless SA is relieved of resposibility for loss in WRITING.  (EMAIL).  SA does not ship outside the United States.
 
Additional shipping services such as expedited delivery, residential surcharges, liftgate service, and insurance may affect the cost of shipping. All firearms are shipped in accordance with CURRENT legal requirements.

Please, report any missing or damaged items for immediate service.
 
RESTRICTED ITEMS

  • We will not ship magazines or firearms to jurisdictions where they are prohibited.
  • At our discretion, we may require that you document ownership of relevant firearms prior to the sale of restricted parts and services.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the sale of any item for any reason at any time.
