Upper Receiver: Colt "Square" forging symbol - No further markings or CAGE markings: 13629 (Dot Matrix)
Barrel: Colt early production stamped C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7 (Double Line), with all SA Reliability Package mods.
Standard Sling Swivel (bottom) - (NOT the side sling mount in the photo.)
Colt M4 military handguards - double heat-shield
Colt removable carry handle assy - "Square" forging symbol. (NOT the MaTech sight in the photo.)

The MK18's 10.3 inch barrel assy was developed by/for US SOCOM from the standard Colt M4 barrel.
Not from the M4A1 heavy barrel.
