Law enforcement agencies can now order online using credit cards (purchase cards). Purchase orders should be faxed to (480)940-6323 or emailed to sales@specializedarmament.com.
LAW ENFORCEMENT PURCHASE FORMS
Please submit the original form to the above address along with form of payment (i.e. departmental orders must be submitted with an official purchase order and/or the below purchase letter, and F.E.T. certificate; individual officer purchases must be submitted with one of the following: personal check, money order, cashiers check, or credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover accepted) and can be shipped to the a local dealer for transfer.)
The Departmental purchase letter must accompany all agency purchases and must be signed by the head of the agency to be valid.
All agency orders must be faxed first and then followed up with mailed originals of the above forms. Please contact us if you have further questions regarding an agency purchase.
Individual officer purchase letters must be submitted on department letterhead. If you are located in CA, you must have a dealer which has a CA Assault Weapons permit fax the FFL, CA Assault Weapons Permit and CA Resale License to us referencing your name for the order. Please contact us to confirm if we already have their licenses on file.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Specialized Armament Warehouse (S.A.W.) purchase, please call 1-480-940-7397 or e-mail sales@specializedarmament.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less a 10% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to S.A.W. within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.
Please note that S.A.W. does not permit the return of the following product:
- Product that is custom configured to your specifications

Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt
NOTE: We recommend that you

(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and
(2) either insure your package for safe return to S.A.W. or declare the full value of
the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or
damaged in transit.
If you choose not to
(1) use a carrier that offers tracking and
(2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any
loss or damage to the product during shipping.
- Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

CONSIGNMENT / USED WEAPONS
The seller provides all descriptions for consignment items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on consignment and used items are final. Photos will be provided when available.
GENERAL FIREARMS SALES
All firearms and restricted law enforcement agency items are sold in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws & regulations. Some of the firearms for sale on this website are restricted in states such as California and New Jersey. Please check your local state regulations before ordering.
All new weapons are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Specialized Armament provides a limited 1-year warranty covering parts and workmanship on all special configuration and custom firearms. Accessories and special order items (not normally sold by S.A.W.) will not be covered under warranty from Specialized Armament even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless Specialized Armament has guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items. We no longer offer a printed catalog. If you are a dealer and would like to be registered, please send the following items:
- Original “ink signed” copy of your FFL
(a signed copy can now be faxed as well to (480) 940-6323)
- SOT (if applicable)
- Copy of your city/state tax licenses (necessary for resale inside of Arizona)

- All pricing on the website is agency pricing. We only offer quantity discounts. All pricing requests should be directed to sales@specializedarmament.com . Quantity pricing will be provided in the form of a quote only and not as a generalized price list since pricing and availability are subject to change. All quotes are valid for 90 days unless otherwise specified.
