Law enforcement agencies can now order online using credit cards (purchase cards). Purchase orders should be faxed to (480)940-6323 or emailed to sales@specializedarmament.com
Parts orders can be placed using our Quick Parts Order Form
Weapon orders can only be placed either by phone or using the Weapon Order Form.

 PURCHASE FORMS

Please submit the original form to the above address along with form of payment (i.e. departmental orders must be submitted with an official purchase order and/or the below purchase letter, and F.E.T. certificate; individual officer purchases must be submitted with one of the following: personal check, money order, cashiers check, or credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover accepted) and can be shipped to the a local dealer for transfer.)

The Departmental purchase letter must accompany all agency purchases and must be signed by the head of the agency to be valid.
All agency orders must be faxed first and then followed up with mailed originals of the above forms. Please contact us if you have further questions regarding an agency purchase.

Individual officer purchase letters must be submitted on department letterhead. If you are located in CA, you must have a dealer which has a CA Assault Weapons permit fax the FFL, CA Assault Weapons Permit and CA Resale License to us referencing your name for the order. Please contact us to confirm if we already have their licenses on file.
