01 JAN 03 – PHONE CALLS We have 6 lines coming into Specialized Armament and they are answered (to the best of our ability) Monday thru Friday from 1000-1700 MST (We never change our clocks in Arizona – in the winter we are on MST – Mountain Standard Time, in the Summer we are on PDT – Pacific Daylight Savings Time). There are definite limits to how much phone traffic we can possibly handle. And 100-120 calls seem to be the maximum. If you cannot get through, we highly encourage you to e-mail your questions.
